In the village of Vladovka, Khmelnitsky district, Vinnytsia region, at a railway crossing, a passenger car collided with a diesel locomotive, leaving one dead and injured. The press service of the State Emergency Service of the Vinnytsia region reported this on Sunday, April 28.
“Unfortunately, the driver of the Daewoo died at the scene. The 38-year-old passenger was released by the State Emergency Service from the mutilated car using special equipment and handed over to the emergency medical team,” the report says.
